AME Systems has CAD
facilities for design and documentation |
Cable painting facilities allows AME
Systems to meet our customers colour requirements for circuit
identification purposes
The latest technology in
custom cable cutting
and stripping allows AME Systems to quickly and accurately cut
circuits to your exact requirements
Branding facilities enable AME Systems
to add circuit identification numbers or wording to harness circuits
The integrity of cable terminations is
a key ingredient to producing quality electrical harnesses. AME
Systems has 60 terminating machines, enabling jobs to move quickly
through the plant while ensuring accurate terminations
Pull testing allow AME Systems to be
sure that each terminating machine is producing the highest standard
of crimp
Pull tests are performed before and
after each batch of cables, ensuring all cables are with in the
standards
Variacing is a form of soldering that
passes a current through the terminal to generate heat where needed
ensuring no damage to the insulation of the cable
Any terminals that are hand crimped
are variaced to ensure the integrity of the join
Moulding facilities allow AME Systems
to produce waterproof connections as required
Harnesses
can be finished in many ways, taping, tubing, cable ties or braid.
Braiding machines cover a harness with a nylon braid, the
braid offers protection to the cable and provides a good looking
finish |
Our
service includes electrically testing of products.
AME
Systems can build electrical testing into the assembly board to
allow each and every harness to be electrically tested ensuring a
quality product |
