STAFF GAIN MANAGEMENT DIPLOMAS

Four staff members from AME Systems have gained their Advanced Diploma of Management through the organizations innovative training program.
AME supply manager Jason Shipcott, Sales Administrators Geoff Hateley and Adam Burger and Quality Manager Darren Bahl received their diplomas in Stawell last month.
They gained their
qualification through the
AME Systems General Manager Christian Carthew said the company put thousands of hours of training across every area of its business.

AME Systems offers personal development opportunities throughout its structure, with access to formal qualifications ranging from Certificate two in Engineering, Certificate Four in Training and Assessment and Certificate Four in Management through to the advanced Diploma of Management.
Mr Carthew said the idea behind providing training opportunities was to preserve AME’s reputation as an industry leader.
“With much competition both local and off-shore it is even more important than ever to stay well in front,” said Mr Carthew.
“Our strategy is to lead the way through greater skills and knowledge in all areas – product related, personal and in management.
“Our efforts today will ensure that we are ready for continued growth, new and exciting opportunities.”
AME Systems on average spends 2000 hours per month on product-related skills and knowledge and 1000 hours on personal and managerial development training.
